Interested in making your own alcohol base? Just mix 17 lbs of sugar, 6 1/2 gallons of water and one package of super yeast in an 8 gallon fermenter. Ferment for 5-7 days, clarify with KC Finings, and filter with activated charcoal. The resulting 20% Alcohol Base can be flavored with Liquor Extracts or used to fortify any beverage (Wine, Punch, Ports, Etc..)
